Trotz mehrfacher Klärungsversuche per Mail (..welche sich über sage und schreibe fast 4 Wochen -ohne Ergebnis- hingezogen haben..) wurde mir der fehlende Artikel weder nachversandt noch fand eine Kostenerstattung statt.
