All orders are shipped from Germany. For this reason, you do not have to pay any customs or import duties for orders within the EU and USA. However, such costs may be incurred outside the EU and USA.

 

Other countries outside the EU and USA- If customs fees are incurred, these are owed 100% to the customs authority of the specific recipient country and must be paid by the customer. If you decline to accept the package, the fees will be charged anyway. These will then be deducted from the credit in the case of return shipment by DHL.
