All orders are shipped from Germany. For this reason, you do not have to pay customs duties or import VAT on orders within the EU. We ship DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) to the following countries: UK, CH, US. This means that we take care of any import duties and taxes.

For other countries outside the EU, CH, UK, and US: If customs fees apply, they go 100% to the customs authority of the recipient country and must be borne by the customer. If you refuse to accept the package, the fees will still be charged. In the event of a return, DHL will deduct these fees from your refund.
