Please note that we have no influence over orders or payments made on such fake shops. If you have already ordered and paid through a fake shop, please contact your payment provider directly (e.g., bank, credit card company, or PayPal).

How can I recognize a fake website?

  • Please only order via our sole, original website teveo.com and the official TEVEO app. All other sites do not belong to us.
  • Pay attention to the prices: Fake sites often show different amounts or charge in a different currency.
  • We announce sales and discounts via our official social media channels (listed below). Check the payment recipient: With us, it is always Teveo GmbH – if the name differs, it is not an official store.

What should you do if you have placed an order on a fake website?

  • Please contact your bank or payment provider immediately and report the case there. This will give you the best chance of getting your money back.
  • Unfortunately, we have no direct influence on this, as the payment was processed by a third party.

Will you reimburse me for the costs?

  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund in such cases, as we did not receive the order.
