I. General Terms and Conditions
§1 Basic Provisions
- The following terms and conditions apply to contracts that you conclude with us as the provider (TEVEO GmbH) via the website www.teveo.com. Unless otherwise agreed, the inclusion of any of your own terms and conditions is hereby rejected.
- A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities. An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person or a legally capable partnership acting in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
§2 Conclusion of the Contract
- The subject of the contract is the sale of goods.
- By placing a product on our website, we submit a binding offer to conclude a contract via the online shopping cart system under the conditions specified in the product description.
- The contract is concluded via the online shopping cart system as follows:
The goods intended for purchase are placed in the "shopping cart." You can access and modify the cart at any time.
After accessing the checkout page and entering your personal data as well as payment and shipping conditions, the order details are displayed as an order summary.
If you use an instant payment system (e.g. PayPal, Amazon Payments, Sofortüberweisung), you will either be redirected to the order overview page or to the provider’s website.
Before submitting the order, you can review, change, or cancel your entries.
By submitting the order via the corresponding button ("buy" or similar), you legally accept the offer, thereby concluding the contract.
- Order processing and transmission of all necessary information take place partly automatically via email. You must ensure that your email address is correct and that emails are not blocked (e.g., by spam filters).
- In the event that goods are returned from a third country, the customer agrees, upon conclusion of the purchase agreement, to irrevocably assign any claims for reimbursement of import duties to the Exporter of Record (EOR) designated by the seller.
§3 Special Payment Terms
Payment via Klarna:
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Stockholm, Sweden, we offer payment options. Payment is made to Klarna.
Sofortüberweisung: Available in Germany and Austria. Your account is charged immediately after placing the order.
Personal data is processed in accordance with Klarna’s privacy policy.
§4 Right of Retention, Retention of Title
- You may only exercise a right of retention if it concerns claims from the same contractual relationship.
- The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
§5 Warranty
- Statutory warranty rights apply.
- Consumers are requested to check goods immediately upon delivery and report defects or damage promptly.
- Deviations from agreed characteristics are only valid if explicitly agreed beforehand.
§6 Applicable Law, Place of Performance, Jurisdiction
- German law applies, unless consumer protection laws of the country of residence provide stronger protection.
- The place of jurisdiction is our registered office, unless you are a consumer.
- The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

8. Loyalty Program
a) Consent
By registering, customers agree to participate in the TEVEO Loyalty Club.
b) Functionality
- Participation only via TEVEO mobile app
- Free membership for registered users
- Points collected per purchase
- Levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum
- Benefits cannot be exchanged for cash
- Validity of benefits: 6 months
- No legal entitlement to points
- Points are non-transferable
c) Changes & Liability
- TEVEO may change or terminate the program
- Members can cancel anytime (no payout of points)
- Participation tied to Shopify account
Liability:
- Unlimited for intent/gross negligence
- Limited for minor negligence to foreseeable damages
d) Data Protection
- Data used only for program execution
- Based on GDPR Art. 6
- Consent can be revoked anytime
- Data deleted after max. 3 months (if no further consent)
Rights:
Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability
Right to complain to supervisory authority
