Return information
A product doesn’t fit right or you don’t like it and would like to return it now? No problem, you have 14 days after submitting the order to return the product.
Please note that products you wish to return must be sent back to us in faultless condition and without signs of use. Please do not remove any labels, otherwise we are unable to accept the returned products.
NOTE: DIRTY, WORN OR WASHED CLOTHING AS WELL AS ITEMS WITHOUT TAGS CANNOT BE REFUNDED.

Refunds
- We only offer refunds for the original payment method that was used for the order.
- For purchases with an item card or item gift card, the refund is first applied to the gift card.
- Please note that it can take up to 6 business days until your refund appears in your account after processing.
- Please note that returns from abroad can only be dropped off at official DHL Express locations.
