Sort your sportswear by colour and turn it inside out before washing. It’s also recommended to wash your sportswear after each use. But it doesn’t have to go in the washing machine every time; it can also be washed by hand.

It’s best to wash your sports shirts using the sports wash cycle at 30 degrees. Use as little liquid detergent as possible, or alternatively sports detergent. Furthermore, avoid using fabric softener, because it damages the breathable fibres of your clothing. Also, avoid tumble drying your sports T-shirts and hang them outside to dry instead.
