Customs and Import Fees

All orders are shipped from Germany.
Therefore, no customs duties or import VAT are charged for deliveries within the European Union.

For deliveries to the UK, USA, Switzerland, Norway, and Australia, we handle the entire customs clearance process. In these cases, you will not incur any additional costs.

For deliveries to all other countries outside the EU, UK, Switzerland, USA, and Norway:
If customs duties, import taxes, or other import fees apply, these must be fully borne by the customer. If the package is refused, charges for customs clearance and return shipping will still apply. These costs will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.
