General Terms and Conditions of Participation

for the free use of the obstacle course in the TEVEO Hybrid Arena “ARENA” and the pull-up challenge at FIBO (April 16–19, 2026 in Cologne).

§ 1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Participation (“GTC”) comprehensively govern the legal relationship between TEVEO GmbH and you as a participant. They form an integral part of the contract concluded upon your registration.

§ 2 Registration

Participation requires:

• complete and truthful completion of the registration form
• consent to the processing of your data in accordance with GDPR
• acceptance of these GTC

The participation agreement is concluded upon registration and acceptance of these GTC.

§ 3 Participation Requirements

• minimum age of 18 years
• good physical condition
• proper registration

You are solely responsible for assessing your health condition. TEVEO may deny participation in case of justified doubts.

Proof of identity may be required. False information or endangerment of others may result in exclusion or disqualification.

Leaderboard display is based on the data provided during registration.

§ 4 Liability

Participation is at your own risk. Injuries or infections may occur.

TEVEO excludes liability except in cases of:

• intent or gross negligence
• injury to life, body, or health
• mandatory statutory liability

Liability for essential contractual obligations is limited to foreseeable, typical damages.

No liability for lost items.

§ 5 Data Protection & Media

TEVEO may use personal data as well as photo, video, and audio recordings for documentation and promotional purposes.

Usage is unlimited in time and space and may be transferred to third parties.

No entitlement to compensation exists.

§ 6 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights remain with TEVEO GmbH.

§ 7 Final Provisions

German law applies. No oral side agreements exist.

Participation in dispute resolution procedures is excluded.
