The organizer of this prize draw is TEVEO GmbH, Dr.-Zumach-Ring 6, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
Eligible to participate are natural persons aged 18 or over with residence in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the UK, Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Spain, the US or Australia. Employees of the organizer, their relatives, as well as employees of cooperation partners who are or were involved in the creation or administration of this prize draw are excluded from participation.
3.1 Participation in the prize draw is tied to signing up for our newsletter. By participating, the participant agrees to subscribe to our newsletter.
3.2 Participation takes place by opening the respective prize draw in the Benefits section of the TEVEO Loyalty Club, successfully participating in it, and confirming acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3.3 Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will result in exclusion.
3.4 By participating, the participant accepts these terms and conditions.
The participation periods of the individual prize draws are listed in section 5.1 for each respective prize draw.
5.1
The following giveaways start on 26/06/2026 at 0:00 and end on 12/07/2026 at 23:59 (closing date for entries):
5.2 The prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be paid out in cash.
6.1 The winners will be selected at random after the participation period has ended.
6.2 The winners will be notified by email within 4 weeks after the draw.
6.3 If a winner does not respond within 24 hours after notification, the claim to the prize expires and a replacement winner will be selected.
7.1 Subscription to our newsletter is a prerequisite for participation in the prize draw.
7.2 By participating, the participant agrees to receive the newsletter.
7.3 The newsletter can be unsubscribed from at any time. However, unsubscribing during the prize draw ends participation. Prize distribution will then no longer be possible.
8.1 Personal data collected in connection with the prize draw will be used exclusively for the implementation and administration of the prize draw as well as for sending the newsletter.

8.3 The participant may request information about their stored data at any time and object to its use.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the prize draw at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons. This applies in particular if proper execution cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons.
10.1 The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the prize draw in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions or suspected manipulation.
10.2 In particular, participants who take part in the prize draw using multiple email addresses or identities will be excluded.
11.1 The organizer is not liable for damages that may arise in connection with participation in the prize draw due to errors, delays, or interruptions in transmission, malfunctions of technical systems and services, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, viruses, or in any other way.
11.2 The organizer’s liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.
Legal recourse is excluded.
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
